From Carmarthen:

Follow the A477 towards Tenby and Pembroke.

Go through a village called Llanteg

You'll come to a roundabout where you'll take the third exit A478

You'll almost immediately come to another roundabout where you'll take the third exit for Kilgetty

Go through the village of Kilgetty until you go under a railway bridge.

Take the next left into Ryelands Lane

Ryelands Lane is up hill, and you follow it for about half a mile.

You'll go over a small brow of a hill and you'll only have houses on your right, then you'll go up a sweeping left hand corner and start to see some cottages on your left and right

Calm is a little further on, on the right hand side with the Calm logo sign. 

From Haverfordwest:

Follow the A40 until you get to canaston Bridge where you turn right onto the A4075 towards oakwood theme park.

Just past Oakwood is the bowling and crstal maze, you need to turn left opposite this towards Templeton.

At the junction in Templeton by the Boars head pub, turn right.

You'll then go through Begelly and past Folly Farm.

You'll come to the roundabout where you take the first exit into Kilgetty

Go through the village of Kilgetty until you go under a railway bridge.

Take the next left turn in Ryelands Lane

Ryelands Lane is uphill and you'll follow it for about half a mile.

You'll go over a small brow of a hill and you'll only have houses on the right hand side, then you'll go up a sweeping left hand corner and start to see some cottages on you left and right

Calm is little further along on the right hand side with the Calm logo sign.
