Our philosophy  

As the only skincare brand to use field fresh ingredients, we fundamentally believe what goes on your skin is as important as what goes in your diet; as up to 60% of skincare products are absorbed into your skin and body.  So passionate are we about the quality of fresh ingredients that we grow our own organic plants on the beautiful and fertile land in Carmarthenshire and work with local growers and others to support rural communities in Wales.  Our environment is of vital importance both in its own right and as the source of many of the plants and botanicals vital to our wellbeing.

As with food, using fresh ingredients is the key for maximum health benefits as its packed full of fresh bio-nutrients, anthocyans and antioxidants resulting in exceptionally healthy, strong and radiant skin.We focus on real needs and use modern science to create plant formulations that work on all skin types to enhance an outward appearance of health and inner sense of wellbeing.

We do not believe in trying for quick benefits in the short-term if it risks weakening the skin's health and strength in the longer term.  While others make different "flavours" of skincare, we create one product that works the best.  Too many problems have been caused by applying excessive quantities of synthetic-based products that can strip away the acid mantle from the skin. We recommend a regime that is built on exfoliating, cleansing, toning, moisturising and a healthy diet that encourages your skin to function as naturally and efficiently as possible.

Treating dry skin, for instance, usually involves an oily product that can make the skin sense that it is oily.  The body then signals the skin to become even dryer to compensate for the oily product that often creates a vicious circle.  Our balanced formulations encourage a more balanced skin condition and supports the natural function of the skin. 

Purity counts

We select for purity, potency and proven therapeutic qualities and strive to use plants grown and harvested ourselves and local growers. Unlike others we do not import pre-processed exotic sounding plants from abroad often from deforested regions, not truly knowing how and in what conditions those plants were grown with the added expense and detriment to the environment of travelling over long distances.  There's also no knowing how long those plants materials have been sitting on a shelf waiting to be used.  We're different, we know exactly where our plants are grown resulting in exceptional quality, freshness and value.  

Our unique non-medicated formulations are extremely gentle and are used by many people with very sensitive skin including sufferers of dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and acne that have reported significant improvement in their condition by using our cleansing and moisturising skincare regime.  Our studies also indicate that our skincare regime can significantly help in the prevention of such skin conditions.
