My kind of Massage

A lot of my clients find me from word of mouth but it has recently occurred to me that I should tell you about how I massage.

I talk to you about where you are having pain (most people I first see have pain) I am also watching how you stand and walk which will also often show me where you might be having issues. I'm going to be asking you some questions about what is happening, when are getting the pain, is it when you wake up, all day or the end of the day?

I don't have a set routine, i have been learning about massage techniques and anatomy for over 30 years now, everyone is different so each time you have a massage with me will be different. I might use some of my massage tools, hot stones, bamboo or soft cupping can all help as well as some reflexology points for hips, back, neck or shoulders.

Having regular massage is important to keep your body moving, so each time you visit I will ask how you are and what you need today, so each visit is going to work on what is happening in your body and not just another back massage.

If you need it I am also happy to suggest you should see a Physiotherapist or a Chiropractor.
